maternal great grandmother Mary Lincoln Lawrie Endicott (1866-1937)-- housewife in St. Joseph, MissouriMarys parents Squire and Pauline Lawrie gave her the middle name Liincoln, because they were so happy that she was not born in slavery. Mary was a stewardess at Ebenezer A.M.E.Church in St. Joseph, Missouri.
