Often, on the records, the people listed as "witnesses" to a wedding or "informants" of the information (births, deaths) are close family members. Pay attention to these people. Search them out. Knowing more about them will help you to know more about your ancestors.

Granny loved sex !

I bet this title grabbed your attention,but it's true,I have proof. Granny loved sex,should I be posting that little tidbit ? Is that to much information ? I thought it was when I first read it when Granny was cut off from my grandfathers civil war pension. My 2nd great grandfather died after the battle of Chicamauga,he died at Shellmound,Tennessee in 1863.
