this is Richard Warren son of John and Jane Warren, born 1831 Tregavarah Cornwall died 1906 Beechworth Victoria Australia. Richard owned and Ran the Ovens and Murray Advertiser in Beechworth and was quite the benefactor to the town, he also has the largest monument in the Cemetery. his wife was Mary Ann Mitchell
