Mary Euphemia Duffield (nee Howie) the daughter of W.A.Howie, immigrated to New Zealand after completing her studied in Dr. Graham's Homes, Kalimpong, India. Her brother Alexander Norman was also educated at Dr. Graham's Homes. They both were admitted in Dec 1919. Alexander couldn't quit India to Scotland and came to Bulsar (Valsad) where her married first Shanta and then after her death Sarah. Children of first marriage are Dennis and Patrick.I am looking for more info on my great grandfather W.A.Howie who was Tea Planter on Dijoo Tea Estate, Lakhimpur, Assam and Mary Euphemia Duffield.
