Jose Dolores Perez-Gomez, born 1861 in Santiago, Cuba, son of Juan Angel Perez and Maria Antonia Gomez-Baez.A Cuban Patriot and later Planter, Cattleman, Businessman and Mayor of the city of San Pedro Sula, Honduras, He married Paulina Follin, daughter of Charles S. Follin,(American Consulate at Omoa), and Maria Tomasa Bardales.
