Andrew Jackson Johnson (1832 -1912) Served in the Civil War. His wife Martha Jane (Morehead) Martha Johnson filed for his pension which gives A.J.'s death date, their marriage date, where Martha was born, and how many years they resided in Texas. At the time their present residence was Oxford, Llano County, Texas, and they lived their for 44 years.

  • Capt. Andrew Jackson Johnson (1832 -1912) served in Company N,  30 Mississippi Infantry CSA (Confederate States America) and when he was captured at the Battle of Lookout Mountain, and when he was released at Johnson's Island, Ohio. The battle of Lookout Mountain was fought November 24, 1863 at Chattanooga, Tennessee.

    Andrew is the brother of Selena (Johnson) Smith, Matilda (Johnson) Bailey and David Johnson CSA
