This is Carrie Estelle Johnston Ringer. She was born 1860 in NY. Possibly in Boonsville, Oneida NY region. She owned her own business in Olean NY and worked as a seamstress. She passed away 1906. And is buried in the Allegany, NY Protestant cemetery.
