Born 1855 to James D. Cooper and Jane E. Ovington (daughter to Benjamin Ovington [1765-1832] and Martha Squire. Benjamin Jr. was born to Benjamin Sr. and Anne).Died January 1907 in San Francisco from a heart attack.
