  I am not sure what the story is behind the photo, but I have many photos with Aunt Sharon holding or hugging various children - her own and those of others. Aunt Sharon loves children. In fact, she works as an infant intensive care unit nurse. I cannot tell where the photo was taken, but I am guessing either North Dakota or Illinois.
