Will of Sarah Kerr 1834

Sarah KerrI, Sarah Kerr, widow and select of the late John Kerr of Pittsburgh do make and publish the following as my last will and testament:1 I give and bequeath to my four daughters, Caroline, Sarah and Catharine and Mary in total exclusion of all their brothers, all and singular my Estate real personal and mixed to be held by them in equal shares as tenants in common in absolute ownership.2 I appoint William Graham Jr of Pittsburgh my sole Executor and hereby grant unto him full and ample power to pay my debts, to complete all my engagements, to settle all my business or equity and his discretion shall suggest, and to sell any part or all of my real Estate and to make conveyances thereof and to invest the power of such sales or my be most for the interest of my devisees as witness my hand seal this 24th May Ad 1834.Witness PresentJohn McKeeGeo LingerBe it remembered that on the 15th day of January AD 1835.……….Notify Administrator about this message?
