I'm trying to piece together my family tree, and I've got a basic outline so far. I haven't been able to get anywhere past my great grandparents, on both sides of my mother's family line. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.I am: Samantha MolinaBorn to: Suzanne Molina (Maiden Name: Cox)Her parents are:1) William James Cox (7/21/1919)2) Jeanette Florence (Puma) Cox (1/25/1926)William James Cox was born in Jersey City, NJ to:1) William Joseph Cox (35-36 y.o at time of his birth)2) Mabel (Smyth or Smythe) Cox (17-18 y.o. at time of birth)** I'm looking to find more info on where Mabel came from (US or UK?) as well as how early William Joseph came to the States.Jeanette Florence Puma was born in Manhattan, NY to:1) Anthony or Antonio Puma (born in 4/4/1884 in Palermo, Sicily)2) Mary Muceare (born 6/25/1893, parts unknown)**I'm looking to find more info on when Anthony came to the States, as well as where Mary came from, and their parents as well... possibly further?
Sorry, but I don't think there's a connection... upon further investigation, I found that my grandfather's mother's name was Smith, not Smyth or Smythe. A big mishap on my part, as I was able to trace a few Smythes' throughout England who were quite a prominent family! lol
Hi Samantha,
I have Margaret Rebecca COX who married Edward Burton SMYTH in 1914 in ON Canada., I know little of Margaret except that her parents were John Cox and Margaret ROBBINS. Any Connection?

I was super surprised to find Jennie, and now Joseph too... perhaps they died during childhood, or moved out of New York? I only ever personally knew Aunt Margaret and Uncle Charlie briefly before they died.
Additionally, I found a "Jennie Muceare" in relation to the 1910 census; was she listed as a resident living with Rosie in the records you found, along with Charles and Maggie?
Could the Mary Muceare you located in the census records for 1910 be the same "Muchare" you located in 1900? Because I was able to verify that Mary Muceare's mother's last name was either Hauck or Houck, and that she was from Pennsylvania, of German/French descent.
I've just contacted another family member about Mary Muceare's exact birthdate, and the birthdate of her oldest daughter, Antonette Puma. I think I am wrong about her birth year... it is most likely 1893 as opposed to 1883. Which would mean that the Mary Muceare you found living in Manhattan in 1910 could very well be my great grandmother. At the same time, the marriage record seems likely to be correct as well...the only thing that throws me off is the last name "Mucearina".
Oh my gosh, thank you so much!! If there is anything else, please let me know! I'll be posting more tidbits about my family as I get them...
