Grandpa Joseph Dernier Kearney and His Son John

This photo features Joseph Dernier Kearney and his oldest son John in the waters of Lake Michigan. After many years of holding the photograph, Mary Browne Kearney gave it to her son John Kearney. It is possible that the Kearney family was in Chicago to visit Mary Browne Kearney's brother Patrick Browne, who lived there.
