Spammer on GenealogyWise

In the last two days we have repeatedly had a spammer named Joy send messages to the members of GenealogyWise.  We have removed her from the website on both days and added features to the sign up process to try to stop spammers.  However, sometimes spammers still get on the site.

Please know that as soon as we see a spammer we remove them from the website.  If you receive a link that someone has made a comment on your page but when you click on it nothing shows, that is because we removed that person and their comments no longer exist on the website.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
